Championing Client Success and ERG Initiatives at Procore
I started on our Small and Midsize Business (SMB) team as a Customer Success Outreach Manager with the goal of transitioning into a Customer Success Manager (CSM) role and working with larger clients as I grow. I am now a CSM on our Commercial team and looking forward to future growth within this organization.
I started as a member of employee resource groups (ERGs) because I wanted to connect with my community and support our leadership. I transitioned from member to leadership within two ERGs and now am both an Advisor for Unidos and Global Co-Leader for ProQueer+

In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring that clients are effectively using Procore's software to achieve their business goals. I focus on building strong relationships with my book of business, providing resources and best practices, address issues as they arise and offer strategic advice to help them maximize Procore's value while driving retention and growth.

In my role's here at Procore, I enjoy using my strengths to be a voice for those around me. From championing my client's successes to ensuring we are building a diverse and inclusive workforce at Procore, I will always speak up for those around me.

By maintaining a solution-oriented mindset and resilience, you can manage your resources effectively, reduce stress, and enhance your performance and productivity.
In doing this, you spend less time frustrated over the things you cannot change and thus, lose momentum on your growth.
Ending 2023 with the highest Net Retention on my team!
During my time as a CSM within our Commercial space, I always lean on my team to uplift me. 2023 was an extremely challenging year personally, however, by focusing on my work and what was in my control, leaning on my teammates and ensuring that my clients were taken care of, I landed 133% net retention last year.
