Our leaders are looking for CSE's who have the following qualities and skillsets:

1) Strategic and Consultative thinking to tailor our solutions for client needs and deliver ROI analysis.
2) Strong communication and collaboration to building trust and meaningful relationships both with key stakeholders with your clients AND within our team environments.
3) Proactive problem solving and adaptability. Be able to identify risk across your clients and growth opportunities and adapt to a changing environment in the Construction Industry.
4) Construction experience is always a plus but not required.
