The great thing about Procore is construction professionals are sprinkled through nearly every department in the organization! Whether it’s Sales, Marketing, Talent or others, the experience you bring from the industry is valuable.
The first step is to determine the role/department you are passionate about and weave how your professional experience is relevant in your cover letter and resume. From there, just be yourself and you will be well on your way!

Hello, I think the first step would be to determine what roles you may be interested in. There is an array of roles available in the tech space - taking a step back to evaluate the skills you want to continue working on and highlighting will help you narrow it down. Once you find a few you have interest in, take a look into what they are looking for in a candidate. This will give you an idea of how qualified you already are and what skills you can work on in the meantime to make yourself a more qualified candidate for future roles.
