I recruit top talent for technical roles. I rely on data for insights and execute end-to-end recruiting from sourcing, reviewing, and coordinating with internal hiring managers and interviewers up until the offer stage, maintaining excellent candidate experience throughout the way. I'm experienced in developing sourcing strategies, full-cycle recruitment, recruitment operations, and process improvement.

I recently filled a Senior Engineering Manager role in around 60 days.

It was a hard-to-fill role that required extensive experience in Software Engineering, Management, Leadership, as well as exposure to AI and ML. Through teamwork, collaboration with different stakeholders, and consistency, we were able to identify and recruit an excellent candidate for the role.
