Indeed Procore is a large company with nearly 4,500 employees worldwide. Our voices are heard in multiple ways, including through the Mid-Year and Annual Employee Voice Survey (EVS), which helps turn our feedback into action. EVS plays a key role in amplifying every Procorian’s voice, enabling leadership to develop and refine action plans that are both effective and inclusive based on company-wide survey results.
I personally feel heard when EVS results are shared during company all-hands meetings, followed by a clear action plan to address the feedback. Leadership and executives are genuinely committed to acting on the insights gathered from these surveys.
Beyond EVS, we live our core value of Openness, where courageous communication is encouraged through direct and constructive feedback. Our open-door policy allows us to speak up and share our thoughts, feelings, and ideas freely. Additionally, there are always opportunities for everyone to voice their opinions during all-hands meetings, team meetings, and Slack channels.
