Pursuing my passion, I completed a Master’s in HRM and embarked on my recruitment journey—a field I discovered I truly love. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve specialized in tech hiring, building and scaling teams, and solving complex hiring challenges. I am deeply passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and driving business success through strategic hiring. At Procore, I had the opportunity to build the India team from the ground up, blending strategic planning, mentorship, and hands-on execution. In my role, I oversee a wide array of responsibilities, including end-to-end recruitment, team leadership and mentoring, stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, process improvement, data-driven decision-making, negotiation and offer management, market intelligence research, and employer branding strategies.
One key area I truly excel in and am passionate about is Root Cause Analysis (RCA). For me, every challenge presents an opportunity to dig deeper, identify underlying issues, and develop tailored solutions to address them. By applying RCA to recruitment challenges, I can optimize processes, improve candidate experiences, and enhance overall team performance.
