From my experience, there are multiple ways to be successful at Procore, but I'd say the keys are similar to those of other organizations - leaning in, supporting your teammates, and delivering great work. Being open-minded, curious, and always willing to learn are also very valuable. The construction industry is constantly changing, not to mention the software industry, which is being revolutionized by AI. Being able to take in new information and pivot when necessary is crucial in an agile environment.
