Is the hourly rate based on a 40hr work week?

Hey Andrew! There are a lot of factors that go into roles being salary v. hourly on the sales team (legal requirements, industry standards, payroll, benefits etc). Our hourly roles are eligible for overtime pay - so if you work the standard 40 hours a week, and achieve your quota goals - you will get your expected OTE (on target earnings). But, if you're hourly and work more than the 40 hours a week - that base pay will likely be more. I hope that makes sense!
