I think my question was more in regard to specific personas within these verticals...for example, are we selling to IT folks, CIO, project managers, etc?

Oh I see! So typically (depending on the company size) we are doing C-suite selling. Maybe a Project Manager or IT person is our champion - but we ultimately want to get to that CEO/CTO/CFO
