Hi Chris, great question! We had a big hiring push late last year to align with our Global Go-to-Market transformation where increased our volume and velocity in hiring for Customer Success. We anticipate to continue hiring for those teams as needs come up throughout this year.

Chris - on our Customer Success team we have Support, Customer Success Engineers and Strategic Product Consultants, Implementation, Tech Services, Solution Consultants and Solution Architects. Right now we are looking at more Professional Services type roles opening up - and if we continue to do well in sales - we'll open up more Customer Success Engineer roles. So keep an eye out!
