I would say my favorite perk is something called Wellness Week. We get a week off of work to disconnect and enjoy time with our loved ones.

My favorite benefit is our pet-friendly offices! Although I am remote, I love it when I am able to visit our office in Carpenteria and there are doggos hanging out!

Wow, for an entire company to take a week off together really shows how much Procore cares about the mental health of their employees! That's amazing.

And oh my goodness, doggies in the office sounds amazing as well! =)
