I've heard alot about culture at Procore. What would you say are the top 3 reasons Procore is a great place to work?

My top three reasons of why I think Procore is a great place to work:

1) The work we do matters. I can literally look around my community and see that our platform is doing something good.

2) The people. We really do strive to live by our values here and treat each other with respect and kindness.

3) Work/life balance is fantastic, which really leans on the fact that our leaders and employees trust each other.

Thank you both for the thoughtful responses! I'm coming up on 7 years at a very large enterprise tech company and a big reason I am exploring new opportunities is due to my increasing desire to "do work that matters". Procore is at the top of my list because the mission behind what the company does has a very relatable, "human" aspect to it. Building the software that builds the world...being a part of the process behind hospitals and schools getting built, young families getting into their first homes, older families building their forever homes...these are purposes I can really get behind and feel good about contributing to!

That resonates with me! I won't lie, I came to Procore not really knowing much about Procore. I was looking for a very niche role (employer branding) and it just happened to be at Procore. Once I got here and I started to learn more about the impact of the work and it really sparked for me and has become one of the 'reasons I stay'.
