I posted this in another chat - but think it answers your question here as well - I think at the application process, it can definitely feel like it's hard to stand out amongst a sea of candidates. Focusing your resume on the specific requirements for the role you're applying to is key - that allows recruiters and hiring managers to hone in on the experience you have that's most relevant to the role. Making sure those are highlighted in your resume - and/or calling them out in your cover-letter or statement to the company is a great way to get in front of a recruiter or manager.
