Hi @Stacey S.
A follow up to Keyla's question, how does ProCore empower and prepare internal employees to be well position for a upward career move. Or even a lateral or diagonal move so that employees can stay engaged and learn new aspects of the business.

Yea, good question! A few things here - when it comes to moving up, we have clearly defined career paths for most of our roles, with levels and a clear description of the requirements to get to that next level. For example - in a sales role, we have several levels for our AEs or AMs and performance expectations that they need to meet to move up. They can either move up on their current team, or move into a new segment. We're also looking for that Ownership piece - really owning their career by looking for mentors, stepping into outside projects, working on cross-functional initiatives etc. And lastly, when it comes to growing your skillset through trainings and education - we offer lots of opportunities internally whether through LinkedIn learning or our own construction education team - to increase your product knowledge, industry knowledge or role knowledge. Hope that helps!
