I have managed 50+ employees for most of my career, but never within a mostly remote environment. Team culture is at the center of any successful organization. How do you continue to bring that "face-to-face" feel within your organization?

We prioritize consistent communication with all employees through CEO townhalls, ensuring everyone stays aligned with our vision. We encourage open feedback, celebrate wins, and foster inclusion through Slack and other digital platforms. Additionally, we hire based on our core values of openness, optimism, and ownership to maintain a strong, cohesive culture.

How do you get an interview to join this company? I have submitted on several jobs.

How long I should wait to apply again the same position?

Thank you @Shirley G. With all of the remote opportunities out there it’s important to me to be engaged with my leadership as well as my direct reports. Are there ever times where team members meet up at a physical location, like one of your national offices?

I'll post Lindsey's message on another question here. She sums up pretty much everything you want to know - Most teams have an annual onsite to get everyone together, which is always a great way to connect. We also have regular team meetings, coffee chats, and get-to-know-you sessions for new folks joining Procore. Plus, if you're near an office, there are often events to check out—like the crawfish boil coming up at our Austin office! It’s a great way to stay connected and build relationships, even from a distance.
