What are all the different product focuses at ProCore? Is it based on SKUs, on personas, or something else?

Our products are developed and continuously improved based on deep research and understanding of our customer audience's needs. While on our website site, if you click on the menu bar and select Who We Serve, you can get insight into the high-level segmentation of our market.

Thank you for the reply Melissa! Is that how the product team is structured as well? I’ve seen orgs that align to product lines, I’ve also seen them align to a particular persona’s experience. Any clue you can give me about the team structure would be appreciate, but I also understand if that’s difficult to disclose :)

I have to admit I don't 100% know the answer to that question. But looking through our org chart and team structures, it appears to me that we structure against product lines vs personas.
