How is the work culture?

The work culture is great! There's a good work life balance. I feel challenged at work while still not being overwhelmed with my tasks.
You are always encouraged to take on big tasks and be independent while still being offered help by everyone around you.

Also, I love going to the office. It's a great chance to connect with people from other teams.
