What career progression paths exist for Strategic Product Consultants within Procore?

Strategic Product Consultants (SPCs), like many employees at Procore, can move into a variety of roles here at Procore. SPCs focus their work area on supporting customers, working closely with Implementation and Customer Success Managers, and also with some of our marketing and product teams. The exposure that SPCs can get is pretty fantastic because of this, and they are able to learn about many teams, how they perform, and how they serve the customer.

An SPC could go the typical route of increased seniority--start as an SPC, advance to a senior and then principal role. Alternatively, they could shift into working for other teams where they see their skills and strengths align. The key is that the individual takes ownership of their career, learning about their options, and setting themselves up to reach goals.
