Aside from those, other good ways to prepare for an interview are to make sure that you spend time doing some research on who we are, what we do, and what our values are. Make sure that you understand the role you are interviewing for and have clear examples of how your skills, strengths, and experiences align with the role and the needs of the business. I always say it's good to have 5 career stories prepared that you feel comfortable and confident talking about. With those 5, you will likely be able to pull up a strong example to just about any question you get asked.
