Hi! Thank you for asking—Procore has been an incredible place to grow both personally and professionally. What initially drew me to Procore was its focus on innovation and collaboration, combined with a mission that truly supports its clients and employees. I loved the idea of working for a company that prioritizes fostering connections and empowering people to achieve their goals.

What I enjoy most about working here is the strong sense of community and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Whether it’s helping clients streamline their processes with Procore’s tools or working on initiatives through our Employee Resource Groups, I’ve been able to merge my professional skills with my passion for advocacy and connection. I love problem-solving, mentoring others, and leading projects that create real results—both for clients and within our company culture.

It’s also inspiring to see Procore’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Being involved with ProQueer+ and Unidos has allowed me to help build a supportive environment while celebrating our communities, which has been incredibly rewarding.
