Customer Success plays a crucial role in both educating customers about new features and leveraging customer feedback to drive product enhancements. Both clients and CSM's at Procore have access to monthly training on new product updates as well as email updates as products are released. This ensures we can support clients as they transition into new processes. For feedback, we do have a Procore Community page where you can share and vote on feedback requests. This page is where our Product Managers stay in touch with what our clients need and with enough votes, will work towards solutions.
