How are remote workers supported to create community and connection with each other?
Additional information
My partner is in the military which means we move around a lot. I've been a remote worker for several years now and am looking at remote roles at Procore. I'm curious what efforts are made by the company to help create connection and community with remote workers.

I have been working remotely at Procore for most of my career and the opportunities for connection and community have only grown. As the company has expanded Globally with multiple time zones Procore has done a great job of being inclusive with meeting times, events, and information/resources so employees don't miss out. Procore also fosters its culture of community and connection through its Employee Resource Groups. These groups have different focus areas and I am a part of multiple ERGs in various ways. In the Veteran’s ERG, I am an Ally since my Husband, Cousin, and both Grandpas are all Veterans. It is great to be able to connect, support, and learn from this ERG. We have multiple members whose partners are in the military and understand the challenges of moving around and utilizing remote work, so you would be a welcome addition!

As a job applicant, retired Air Force veteran, and now Residential Realtor eager to learn more about the Commercial/Construction space, I found this discussion board and this topic specifically, reassuring that I've applied to the right company. Camaraderie and a sense of belonging is something that I don't get from being a REALTOR, so its great to know that PROCORE has Employee Resource Groups specifically for the veteran community. Thanks for sharing Juliana!
