Some roles are looking for candidates who have Bachelors or Masters, while other roles are looking for specific technical skills and experiences, regardless of educational background. It would really depend on the role that you are applying to. When we look at candidates, we look at the whole picture that a candidate presents to us on their application - how their blend of education and/or experiences plus their skills position them as a strong candidate.
