Awesome question! YES! There are many options for cross team collaboration, specifically in the ERG world there are tons of events happening that are optional for you attend. Additionally our culture team is always working on programming for our remote-first world. In my experience if you want a good experience, you've gotta be part of the culture and attend events. Then make your voice heard and tell the culture teams which events you'd like to see!
