How can I demonstrate that my background and skills align with the qualities and Procore's values during the interview?

Some of the best advice I received from a mentor is to review the job posting sections on responsibilities and qualifications and come up with anecdotes on how your background and experience aligns with them. I'd also do the same for our three values; openness, optimism and ownership!

V interesting alignment in between background and experience and Corporate values, have not seen this in any other Company!
