Hello! I looked into your question and learned that yes, Procore does indeed support visa sponsorship in the US, as long as an individual can qualify for specific work visas. As with any visa, there are criteria that must be met.

Do you have any questions specific to our culture or what it is like to work at Procore? I'd be very happy to answer those questions!

How can I increase my chances of getting selected for an interview? I ask this question because I applied for a senior software engineer position which perfectly aligned with my experience and skills. I made sure my resume highlighted those matches but my application was rejected almost straight away. I understand there are many applicants for the same position but I am not sure what I could have done differently to improve my chances of getting at least an interview call.

Honestly, sometimes landing a new role is strategic, and sometimes it's luck of the draw. I had a conversation once with one of our recruiters about this, and she said something that has stuck with me: Just because you weren't selected to move forward in the interview process doesn't mean you aren't a great candidate. It just means that there were a few other people who applied who were a little more closely aligned with the needs of the business.
I encourage you to continue applying to roles you see strong alignment with. Ensure that you show on your resume how your strengths and skills suit what we are looking for and be sure to focus on the value that you have delivered in your previous roles to help set the expectation of the value you can provide here.
Best of luck!
Melissa
