Great question. If I listed all of the ways that Procore bakes individual career goals into its roadmap we would be here for a while but I'll share a few:
- annual Individual Development Plan reviews with your direct leader to discuss your personal goals, where you are in terms of the skills required for those goals and action items to take to improve the skills needed for the positions you hope to hold
- quarterly Growth Conversations with your direct manager to go over the key areas used to evaluate status and performance... find out if you are on track or need improvement in key areas to be viewed as in good standing by your organization
- commitment to supplying resources for development: Procore offers Employee Resource Groups, free subscriptions to learning course, employs an internal Learning and Development team dedicated to supporting employees, health and benefit resources and much more to give every employee the best chance to achieve their goals
