Some of the qualities we've seen that makes a successful Industry partnerships manager include someone who is a self starter, has an ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level, comfortable with ambiguity and great at building their network with internal and external stakeholders.

I always like to use the analogy that this role is like an air traffic controller. Bringing in the right teams at the right times to ensure all things flow smoothly.
