Do we get benefits if we go on vacation? Or cruise? What other personal benefits do you have?

Hello! Our health and wellness benefits vary by country, which means there are some variances in what different benefits programs look like. Our US and Canadian programs include emergency international coverage (I'm not sure about other countries), which means that, yes, you would be covered while on vacation (if you are Canadian or American for sure). Company-wide benefits that are applicable to everyone include Procore Perks, a quarterly stipend that we can use to cover expenses related to Physical Wellness, Financial Wellness, Work/life Wellbeing, Workplace Experience. I use mine for expenses like covering gym and fitness costs, parking and transit when I go into the office, workday lunches, and childcare costs (covering PD day camps is amazing!). We also have a company-wide weeklong shutdown, called Wellness Week. This is the third year we have had it, and I love it. I'm taking my kiddo out west this year. We have retirement benefits, an employee stock purchase plan, a mental health support program. Lots of great benefits. I can honestly say that Procore provides me with the best benefits package I've ever had. For me, as a Canadian, I'm really happy with our dental, medication, and paramedical (such as chiropractor, naturopath, massage, physio, etc) coverage.
