Hello! I would say to look at our careers page and read up on all the different roles we have open. Strategic Product Consultants for example, are our construction industry experts who usually come from the field! We require experience working with General Contractors, Owners, or Specialty Contractors for these roles so they are a great place to start looking if you are interesting in making a career change.
