Industry Partnerships Manager

Hey Connor!

In the life of an Industry Partnerships Manager, no two days are alike. Yet, each day is bound by a common thread - nurturing relationships with industry partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

One day, we may be engaged in formulating a partnership strategy tailored to a specific partner. This involves an in-depth understanding of the partner's needs and goals, aligning them with Procore's objectives, and creating a roadmap for mutual growth. Concurrently, we might also be developing an omni-channel marketing media plan to enhance brand visibility across various platforms.

The next day, we may find ourselves in the heart of the action - at an industry association event. These events present an invaluable opportunity to represent Procore, network with industry stakeholders, and gain firsthand insights into the latest industry trends.
Inter-departmental collaboration is a key aspect of the role. We serve as a bridge, connecting various departments within Procore - marketing, sales, and customer success - to work in cooperation with our partners. This involves regular communication, sharing insights, aligning goals, and fostering a collaborative culture.

What makes the role of an Industry Partnerships Manager truly special is its dynamic nature. Every day brings its own set of challenges, requiring problem-solving, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Yet, these challenges are also what make each day diverse, interesting, and rewarding.
