Are there employee groups around diversity that I could join?

Yes! We have several employee resource groups (ERGs) here at Procore Technologies to help bring people together through a sense of shared community. Our groups are: *API: Asian & Pacific Islander *ABLE: A Better Life for Everyone *Caregivers *Jewcorians *ProQueer+ *ProBLAC *WIN: Women's Impact Network *Unidos *Veterans Employees are encouraged to join both as someone who is part of the community and as an ally. ERGs will sometimes host events that are accessible to all employees, which I think is amazing, as it allows employees who are not part of those ERGs to learn more about different communities and build appreciation and respect. I'm a member of WIN and Caregivers; while most of our member-base for WIN is women, we do have a lot of people in there as allies. The Caregivers ERG is for anyone who is in a caregiver role, it's not just for parents. I've been able to attend sessions hosted by API, ABLE, and ProBLAC and have always walked away feeling like I've learned something new.
