How would you describe the Procore culture and values?

I love this question! Procore's values are Openness, Optimism, and Ownership. I do believe these values drive a culture of inclusion. This culture of inclusion seeps into the many offerings we have at Procore like our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). It is also felt in ways that are unsaid like the way we knowledge share and how we work together within our teams and across the business.

The emphasis on inclusion and Procore’s core values is inspiring. It’s great to hear that the culture of openness and collaboration is reflected not only in formal ERGs but also in everyday teamwork and knowledge sharing.
