How have Employee Resource Groups helped you at Procore?

I joined several ERGs on my first day at Procore! Two that specifically stood out to me were WIN (Women's Impact Network) and Caregivers because being a woman and a parent are two critical parts of my identity. Right away, I felt like I had a community around me, even though I was working remotely. I was able to use our ERG Slack channels to connect with other members, understand more about what it was like being a woman or a parent at Procore, and reach out for advice from other like-minded folks. I'm actually now one of WIN's global co-leads, and I love having the opportunity to deliver great programming to our members that helps support career growth, development, and retention. Also - I've met some of my closest friends at Procore through ERGs!
